Hi I am Emma, born and bred psychic lightworker from Cambridge England,
here on a mission to help rebalance and heal you within, releasing old patterns and stuck trauma. ​
Qualified in Reflexology in 2005, as I knew that there was other ways to heal the body. Modern medicine wasn't proving to me a that it was as useful as holistic methods. Im very passionate natural health and have gained lots of insight over the years on what works best.
I moved to New Zealand 13 years ago to start a life with my Kiwi husband on our dairy farm near Matata.
I have found over the years that using a mixture of modalities really helps to speed up the healing process, including using frequency healing, natural remedies and energy work.​
2024 I studied with Holistic Health Training to be a Holist Healing Massage therapist. I now have found a new love for working with your body to bring your nervous system back to calm, healing you as a whole. ​

What is Reflexology?
What is Reflexology? Reflexology is a holistic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands and ears to stimulate the body's natural healing processes.
Whilst seen as a natural therapy used for thousands of years with roots in Ancient Egypt,
China and by Native Americans, Reflexology also has history in the mainstream medical world,
Dr Fitzgerald and Nurse Ingham spent a lot of time researching and developing the practice and detailed corresponding foot maps .

Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture.
We believe there are certain points on the feet and hands that correspond to the organs and glands in the body. So by pressing and massaging these points, it can stimulate energy pathways in the body.
If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them.
Allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body. We believe that the pressure points correspond to different organs in the body,
and by applying gentle pressure, they can help restore balance, reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
It is not a massage, but rather a unique technique that aims to work on the body's energy pathways to encourage relaxation and self healing.

The Healy device is a holistic wellness device used to balance and support the body's bioenergetic field.
It can analyse on our physical, mental, emotional and energetic fields and will recommend programs and frequencies to bring them back into balance.

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

The Healy can also do a complete Aura reading, addressing what is out of balance, sending the frequencies, and advice on how to improve them for the future.
